Tom Frittitta, President
Tom began
his career in 1975 as an Accounting
Manager for Flow Valve Inc, a
distributor of oil industry parts
located in Texas. In 1977 Tom took
a position as the Controller for
Lawrence-Allison and Associates Inc, a
multinational structural engineering
firm. Six years later, Tom decided to
move back to Wisconsin. He took a
position as a Staff Accountant with a
local CPA firm in Waukesha.
Tom later
decided to become his own boss,
subcontracting for local firms while
acquiring his own clientele. In
2003, Tom purchased Holton & Foley
Bookkeeping & Tax Service Inc, a
business he had contracted with for over
15 years. Holton & Foley had been
serving the greater Milwaukee area for
the past 40 years. Tom renamed the
business to H&F Accounting & Tax Service
Inc, and has been President of the
company since.
Jeffrey Eilman, CPA, Vice
President
Jeff graduated with the highest
of honors from the University of
Minnesota's Carlson School of Management
with a double major in Accounting and
Finance. He then obtained
his Masters Degree in Professional
Accountancy from the University of
Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Jeff received
his Certified Public Accountant
designation, and has since become
Vice-President of H&F. He has been
with our company since 2003. Jeff
is also the sole owner of LKE
Intermediary Services LLC. LKE
acts as qualified intermediary,
assisting its clients in completing a
Section 1031 exchange to defer the tax
on the sale of business or investment
property.
Gary Fischer, Tax Preparer
Gary earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 1984 from Marquette University. Gary began preparing tax returns professionally in 1995. He has since
worked for tax preparation companies both large and small. Most recently, Gary's
position included reviewing tax returns prepared by members of its staff
to ensure the returns were accurate and all potential deductions were being
claimed. Gary owns a seasonal window cleaning business, so he will be on
staff with H&F full-time during tax season.
Mike
Arrichiello, CPA, Tax Preparer
Mike graduated from
Northern Illinois University with a
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. He
then obtained his Master’s Degree in
Business Administration from Keller
Graduate School of Management located in
Schaumburg, Illinois, and has since
obtained his Certified Public Accountant
designation. Mike has been working
in the private sector and is currently
employed full time as an Assistant
Controller at Brenntag Great Lakes, LLC,
a chemical distribution company.
Prior to joining H&F, Mike worked
part-time as a tax preparer with Jackson
Hewette.
Tina Feiertag, Senior Accountant
Tina has been a full-time
employee with our company for over 25
years. She currently administers
over 50 accounts in a wide variety of
industries, including food & beverage,
manufacturing, and professional service
businesses. Tina's experience with
these industries as well as her
attention to detail affords our clients
with a wealth of knowledge and direction
critical for their ongoing success.
Lois Malak, Senior Accountant
Since beginning with H&F in 1991, Lois
has been dedicated to providing our
clients with exceptional service.
Lois has specialized in various
industries including retail,
construction, travel, and service
businesses. Her knowledge of
accounting practices and principles,
coupled with her expertise in accounting
and payroll software applications,
provides an invaluable resource to our
firm.
